Background
Vinted is a popular UK-based online platform focused on buying, selling and swapping second-hand clothing and accessories, encouraging sustainable fashion and community interaction.
With the rapid development of The Times, the term "social disconnection" often applies to different people. The investigation found that people are out of touch with society because of their various problems in life and culture. However, in the study of local Ontario assistance and measures for people with disabilities, it is found that the disconnection between government help and people is not significant. The project aims to help people with disabilities who have been disconnected from society reintegrate into society and reduce their disconnection.

These two charts focus on visualisations to highlight the challenges that both sellers and buyers may experience during the transaction process in their user journey maps.
For sellers, the major pain points including dealing with additional requests from buyers and returns. These issues can lead to a degraded user experience and even leave negative feedback.
For buyers, the journey involves browsing, purchasing, and receiving the item, with key challenges being delayed or lost item shipments and the return process due to issues with the condition of the item.
